About the Journal

The Journal of the State Military Justice Observatory is an extension project of the Department of Law and Criminal Procedure of the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, registered in SIEX under No. 403041, and its general objective is to gather, systematize and disseminate, on the website of the World Wide Web (www.observatóriodajusticamilitar.info), legal articles on Military Criminal Law, Military Criminal Procedural Law and Military Administrative Law, seeking to contribute to the increase of the debate and the deepening of the analysis on the performance of the operators of Law in the specialized branch of military justice.

As specific objectives can be recorded:

- Publish semiannual editions of the Journal at www.observatoriodajusticamilitar.info.

- To maintain on the website of the World Wide Web (www.observatóriodajusticamilitar.info) a repository of legal articles for the dissemination of information collected and critical reflections developed within the scope of the Military Justice Observatory program and the postgraduate course in Military Law offered by Postgraduate program at the UFMG Law School in partnership with the Military Judicial School of the State of Minas Gerais.

- Publish, in digital format, the results obtained through the research projects carried out within the framework of the Military Justice Observatory program.
